Frances has been working with children and teens primarily for the last 5 years. She specializes in teaching children and teens healthy coping skills, self-esteem building, and helping them manage anxiety. Frances is experienced in trauma work and crisis management for both individuals and families. Her objective during the initial session is to develop rapport and comfort between the client and therapist.
